A friend of a friend has a super gorgeous house. They want to sell but are willing to rent, to us!! But Brian doesn't want to rent it unless they can guarantee not to sell and kick us out in a year! I get that but I sooooo want this house! 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths living room, sitting room and an office! Huge backyard and a fire pit!!! And it's not much more than what we are paying now!!!!
